Payment Terms:






We accept Visa and Mastercard payments by Phone or Fax, as well as instant purchases using Paypal secure online payments. If your item has a option, simply add it to your shopping cart and complete checkout with your paypal account. If your item does NOT have a , use our Online Order Form and fax in your request. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours in most cases (lead time may be longer at holiday times). Shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.

If ordering online or by fax, you will receive a personal e-mail confirmation of your order and total, followed by a receipt and a copy of your order via US mail, for your records.

If ordering by phone, we will calculate your total charge at the time of your order or call back with the total, and you will receive a receipt and copy of your order via US mail, for your records.

Personal Check Policy:

Your order may be forwarded to us with your check for the total amount of your purchase. Upon depositing & Clearing of your check, your order will be fulfilled. You must confirm with us the total purchase price (plus shipping) of your order prior to fulfillment. Upon request, we will fax a copy of your order so that you may include it with your check.

Minimum Orders:

1 unit, as defined with each product, is our minimum order. We do not split units or cases unless otherwise stated with product information. We do not have a minimum dollar order.














Cancellations and Changes to Orders:

Orders are processed electronically upon receipt and are generally totally fulfilled within 24 hours.

Cancellations will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, if the shipment has been fulfilled. If the items have already been fulfilled and shipped, all shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

For your protection, please review your order carefully before placing it.












Shipping Policy:

For same day shipping, in stock orders must be placed before 11:00am (CST) We ship all available items within 24 hours from the time you place your order

All required information must be included on our Order form for us to ship your order. Any information that is not present may delay shipping or fulfillment of that product.

Shopping Cart purchases will be automatically calculated for U.S Residents and Canadian Residents only. If you live outside these countries please call for shipping costs.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes












State Sales Tax:

Minnesota Residents: If you are tax exempt, please provide your tax exempt form. Otherwise, all sales taxes will apply.

Out of state residents are exempt from Minnesota Sales Tax. Please consult your own State Tax laws and regulations for details.

Minnesota State Sales Tax is currently 6.5%













Method of Shipping:

We will utilize the most economical and efficient service to ship your items based on item Size, Weight and distance. Specific shipping method is available upon request.

UPS - FEDERAL EXPRESS GROUND - AIRBORNE - US POSTAL SERVICES are the most commonly used services.

Next Day Air is available upon request. (please specify when placing your order)


Minimum shipping/handling fee is $5.00 US














Returns Terms and Conditions:

IN ALL CASES you must notify us immediately if there is any problem with your order. If the error is ours, you will not be charged for shipping. If the error is yours, however, you pay for all shipping charges. All non-defective returns that are not the result of an error on our part will incur a 15% restocking charge plus any fees incured through Paypal or Credit Card source. Credit for authorized returns will be processed after we have received and examined your return. We can not issue credit for unauthorized returns.












Additional Information:

1. Absolutely no returns can be approved after 30 days from receipt of order.

2. Close-out specials or products made to specified dimensions, color or design are not returnable for credit or exchange.

3. Any item requiring return or exchange (within the 30 days) must first be approved and assigned a return number.

4. Freight Claims--Merchandise at time of shipment is new and in good condition. Claims for damages or any shortages must be signed as such on bill of lading. Damages must be filed with carrier immediately and is the responsibility of recipient.
